I will provide practical support such as grocery shopping, meal preparation, and light housekeeping as well as tend to the spiritual and emotional needs of you and your loved ones. Together, we will explore your life's impact, identifying key events and values. If desired, we can use this time together to plan a legacy project to leave for your loved ones to cherish after your death. Finally, we will design a vigil plan that will focus on your goals as you enter active dying. Throughout this, I will educate and guide you and your loved ones through what to expect.

As you transition into active dying, I will provide non-medical comfort care such as gentle massage, meditation, companionship, and visualization. I will also implement the vigil plan that we created and ensure that your loved ones understand your wishes. Finally, I will provide emotional and educational support for your loved ones, as well as continuing to take care of practical matters such as meal preparation.

I will guide your loved ones in any rituals that were discussed during the planning process, such as washing of your body. I will also provide information on burial and cremation, and alternatives, if requested. If desired, I'll contact the funeral home when your loved ones are ready.

In the weeks immediately following your death, I will support and guide your loved ones as they process their loss and begin to navigate their grief journey. I am not a therapist and cannot provide ongoing support, but I will provide resources and referrals and help make appointments, if desired.
